We are looking for a Mechanical Practitioner (M/F) for CNC grinding and finishing machines whose tasks will be as follows:

• Ensure daily production compliance (quality, quantity, deadlines)
• Follow manufacturing instructions and procedures
• Perform machine loading and unloading activities
• Carry out production monitoring and quality control activities according to defined criteria
• Enter production tracking data into computer systems

The main task will be to operate CNC Grinding and Finishing machines (3 and 5 axes)

Training

Mechanical practitioner, Federal VET Diploma Micromechanic or equivalent, and/or industrial experience.

Professional skills

• Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Experience in grinding and/or finishing parts.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to operate complex equipment.
• Knowledge of reading manufacturing plans (dimensional and geometric tolerancing).
• Dynamic, committed and solution-oriented.

• Excellent rigour in following and respecting procedures
• Person with good concentration ability and strong analytical skills
• Motivated, autonomous and dynamic person
• Excellent communication, ability to integrate and engage in team dialogue
