We are looking for an Agricultural Master socio-professional to support our beneficiaries in agricultural activities at our farm.Your mission:- Take care of our biodynamic agriculture while collaborating with external partners.- Provide socio-professional support to adults with disabilities in farm activities: forage and large crop production, hedge and forest maintenance, animal production including livestock care and breeding (suckler cows, sheep, fattening pigs, poultry, etc.).- Contribute to the individual projects of each beneficiary by providing active support in their implementation.- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with internal and external partners, to ensure a coherent and quality approach.What we expect from you:- CFC Agricultural Master socio-professional preferred.- Experience and a real interest in supporting people with disabilities.- Dynamism, autonomy, and flexibility to adapt your skills and strengths to the daily management of the team and livestock.- Experience with livestock and crop production.What we offer:- Working conditions according to the CCT Social within a motivated, caring, and experienced team.- Opportunities for ongoing professional development to enhance your skills in a rich institutional framework, with varied missions dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities.Details of the position:- Activity rate: 80%- Start date: July 1 or to be agreed upon.- Type of contract: CDI- Application deadline: April 15. jid0024608aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
