Due to the growth of their activities in Switzerland, the workforce sought is becoming increasingly difficult to find, which is why they have asked us to recruit several masons/formworkers (M/F) for long-term assignments.
In particular, a multi-year construction site will start in the canton of Solothurn, seeking 10 specialised construction workers.
Masons/Formworkers
- Must be qualified in this sector
- Ideally, several years of experience would be an advantage
- Must hold a masonry diploma (CFC, CAP/BEP, Bac Pro)
- Must be geographically mobile and willing to lodge near the construction site
- Salary according to the collective labour agreement for structural work and higher depending on skills
- Must demonstrate workplace safety and be equipped with the appropriate PPE
- Follow instructions and apply them
- Formwork with metal shutters of the Sateco/Husor and manually portable types
- Concrete pouring, vibrating, trowelling
- Teamwork
- Possess a sense of responsibility and demonstrate motivation and productivity
