Project Manager Marketing Electrical Efficiency Solutions (80%, fixed-term, renewable annually)The Energy Department guarantees the distribution of electricity, gas, and drinking water in Yverdon-les-Bains, as well as in many neighboring villages, while managing the public lighting network. Inspired by the Plan, it places sustainable development at the center of its projects and is committed to promoting energy efficiency and renewable energies, actively contributing to the energy transition of the entire region. To strengthen its Commercial and Development department, the Energy Department is looking for a:Project Manager Marketing Electrical Efficiency Solutions (80%, fixed-term, renewable annually)Your main responsibilities:- Design and plan the launch of new electrical efficiency programs with the requirements of the Federal Office of Energy (OFEN), so as to guarantee the annual electrical energy savings target.- Plan and implement promotion and consulting activities related to efficiency programs.- Prepare and monitor external contracts related to efficiency measures.- Ensure controlling via regular reporting of electricity savings related to efficiency measures and their costs.- Prepare the elements necessary for the declaration of measures to the OFEN and the monitoring of measures against annual objectives according to established protocols and processes.- Manage the continuous improvement process of the developed programs in order to improve their performance.- Participate in the efficiency and development of the department's activities.What we expect from you:- Higher education degree in management science (HEC type) with a commercial and marketing focus or equivalent.- Successful experience of at least 5 years in the development and management of programs related to energy efficiency and/or related fields, involving private and public actors such as owners, property management companies, SMEs, heating engineers, or electricians.- Strong interest in energy transition in general, renewable energies, and energy efficiency.- Complementary training in energy management or equivalent would be a real asset.- Mastery of office software (expert level for PowerPoint and Excel) and database management.- Rigor, interpersonal skills, and ability to negotiate.What we offer you:- Numerous challenges related to a city committed to the energy transition.- An activity at the heart of the energy transition.If interested, we invite you to send us your complete application via the online portal.Application deadline: July 17Start date: September 1 or earlierThe City of Yverdon-les-Bains, concerned with promoting diversity within its administration, attaches great importance to different life paths and makes every effort to guarantee equal treatment in the context of its recruitment processes.
