Marketing ManagerMarketing ManagerCollège et Lycée Saint-Charles SA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. Saint-Charles International School provides high-quality education for students aged 10 to 20, while fostering the values of kindness, respect, and responsibility toward others and the environment. Founded in 1897, the school is set in a tree-lined garden at the foot of the magnificent Château de Porrentruy in Switzerland’s Jura Canton.Saint-Charles is fully authorised to offer the Swiss curriculum at Primary, Secondary, and Lycée levels, and delivers a bilingual French–English Maturité. Since 2019, the school has also welcomed international boarding students, offering international programmes including the IB Diploma Programme and a High School Diploma.We are looking for a motivated professional to lead our marketing efforts and help us continue to grow our reputation as a leading educational institution in Switzerland and beyond.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the school’s programmes and values.Manage the school’s online presence, including website updates, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns.Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new students, both locally and internationally.Collaborate with the admissions team to support student recruitment efforts.Organise and promote events such as open days, fairs, and community outreach initiatives.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and partners.Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and strategies.Ensure all marketing materials align with the school’s brand identity and values.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or a similar industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and French.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with graphic design tools and software is a plus.Knowledge of the Swiss education system and international programmes (, IB Diploma) is an advantage.BenefitsOpportunity to work in a prestigious and historic educational institution.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth.Work in a beautiful and inspiring location in the Jura Canton of Switzerland.Be part of a diverse and international community. jid528a593afr jit0104afr jpiy26afr
