What's important to us:
- Successful bachelor's degreein business administration or management or a master's degree in marketing
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level)
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years in international marketing, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing strong brands and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Exceptional competence in procurement, pricing, and product (data) management
- Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities, with strong proficiency in data analysis and strategic thinking
- Extensive expertise in e-commerce, social media, web analytics, and Google AdWords
- Experience in content creation and generation
- Social and intercultural competence as well as strong communication skills
- Willing to travel
What to do:
- Conceiving our brand(s), setting up CI, creating the brand book, and developing guidelines for consistent communication internally and externally across all marketing channels, as well as further developing the brands
- Ensure optimal positioning in various markets and across all sales channels
- Coordinate external agencies and partners, including targeting and transforming marketing efforts across various media
- Oversee the marketing budget, including planning, controlling, and taking responsibility for it. Establish and monitor KPIs to drive brand development and optimize efficiency
- Develop and support the implementation of new product launches, and create promotions and campaigns in collaboration with the product and sales teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, media outlets, and industry influencers
