Head of Marketing Unit, Electricity, Solar, and Other SolutionsAs Head of the Marketing Unit, Electricity, Solar, and Other Solutions, you manage a team of product managers and steer the evolution of the client portfolio, ensuring their relevance, performance, and alignment with market needs. In connection with marketing activities, you are responsible for the product portfolio in these areas. You design, develop, and bring solutions to market for Geneva-based B2C and B2B clients, in close collaboration with energy stakeholders in the service of a sustainable Geneva.In the context of your role, you will be required to:- Design, create, and bring to market offers and products in the fields of electricity, photovoltaics, electric mobility, and others;- Propose and obtain validation for the positioning of offers as well as the associated business models;- Define the value proposition and pricing of products and services;- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that products are deliverable, operational, and billable;- Monitor product performance and steer their evolution based on data and market needs.Your personality and skillsYou demonstrate great ease and recognized rigor in your professional approach. Your ability to motivate and unite a team, as well as to lead cross-functional projects, allows you to evolve effectively in complex environments. You demonstrate a marked sensitivity to client issues and the development of high-value-added solutions. You possess confirmed marketing experience, ideally in the energy sector, and proven management experience.
