The role Assistant Marketing Director - role The FER Geneva is looking for a high-level Assistant to support the Marketing & Member Services Director in steering and following up on the priorities of an evolving management. As a true right-hand person, you intervene at the heart of decision-making, transversality, and action follow-up — with rigor, political awareness, and a sense of mission. You enhance the efficiency and capacity for action of the Director by providing a clear and prioritized vision of issues, solid arbitration, and fluid management of transversal files. You act as a high-level liaison between the Director, department heads, general management, and internal stakeholders. Assistant Marketing Director - main responsibilities Steering & follow-up of the management's roadmap and its priorities the actions, milestones, and points related to transversal projects. Produce clear, reliable, and actionable decision-making summaries. Prepare arbitrations by presenting options, impacts, and implementation modalities. Monitor decisions made and ensure their execution. Governance & quality of filesGuarantee the quality, clarity, and robustness of files submitted to the Director and governance bodies. Produce structured, complete, and relevant decision-making support materials, facilitating rapid arbitration. Ensure the coherence of content transmitted by the various departments and their alignment with the standards of management. Management & cohesion of direction Contribute to the clarity of priorities, decisions, and the functioning of the management. Participate in the establishment and adherence to operating rituals: priority reviews, steering committees, alignment points. Support the organization of internal collective times, creating a clear and effective operating framework. Strengthen teamwork spirit and a culture of responsibility, and quality of execution. Participate, as needed, in the onboarding for new teams or services joining the management. Executive support Ensure proactive management of the Director's agenda. Organize and prepare sensitive or high-stakes sequences. Anticipate, prioritize, and filter internal and external communications. Help protect the Director’s time and capacity for arbitration. Handle sensitive matters with discretion and absolute reliability. Interact with high-level internal and external contacts with tact and political acumen. Profile sought Confirmed experience in a role as an assistant to a director, or a project manager for a management. Excellent ability to structure, prioritize, and advance complex issues. Very high level of written and oral synthesis — ease in the management of sharp files focusing on follow-up and quality of execution.
