Your commitment counts: we offer you a meaningful mission within a close-knit, dynamic, and passionate team.MARKETING ASSISTANT - Puidoux (VD) 100%Your missionAs a Marketing Assistant, you develop and implement the marketing actions of Avesco Rent and ensure the consistency of our brand across all our digital and printed media. You also play a key role in monitoring our upcoming projects: new visual identity, implementation of the new ERP, and new website, with a launch scheduled soon.Responsibilities- Deploy the marketing mix in collaboration with the marketing team- Manage our social networks: define topics and prepare posts in French and German, with impactful digital content (visuals, videos)- Manage merchandising: costs, budgets, stocks, and deliveries to branches- Manage and update our website (product/machine sheets, new pages, SEO)- Coordinate our external partners (graphic designers, printers, digital agencies)- Collaborate with various internal departments (management, branches, logistics) to align marketing actions with business objectives- Actively participate in the deployment of our new visual identity, our new ERP, and our new website- Create visual materials for our events and campaigns (flyers, banners)- Analyze the results of our marketing actions and propose improvement paths- Support the company's events and cross-functional projects (End-of-year party, Conventions, Open Houses)Your profile- Visual or multimedia training with a focus on marketing, or deemed equivalent- First successful experience in digital marketing and content creation- Skills in creating photo and video content for social networks, with a good command of engaging formats such as Reels, Stories, and short content- Knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Cloud, Canva, and the Office suite- Language: Swiss-German, excellent level of French, English is a plus- Sensitivity to the Swiss-German culture: you understand what resonates beyond the Sarine (tone, humor, hooks) and help us to be as effective in German-speaking Switzerland as in French-speaking Switzerland- Rigor, autonomy, and sense of organization with the ability to remain motivated even with repetitive tasks (e.g., updating machine sheets)- Desire to rejuvenate our brand with more visual and video content- Ease of communicationWhat we offerWe are a community that values autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and diversity.
