Managing Director – PX PrécinoxDrive the growth of a key player in precious metals within a family group and leave your mark on the Swiss industry.Our client, the company PX Précinox SA in La Chaux-de-Fonds, is a reference player in the field of precious metals. The company has combined two trades of excellence since its inception: the manufacturing and refining of precious metals. As part of the PX Group, a Swiss leader in metallurgy comprising around ten companies, PX Précinox distinguishes itself by the quality of its alloys, the mastery of its entire value chain, and a strong ESG commitment. Engaged in an ambitious growth dynamic, it plans to double its production capacity in the medium term. To take the lead of this Business Unit, we are looking for a Managing Director – PX.Reporting to the two co-CEOs and as a member of the PX Group Executive Committee, you will lead PX Précinox at the commercial and operational level. As the conductor of an experienced management committee, you will ensure the performance and development of the Business Unit. You will consolidate the excellence inherited from your predecessors and accelerate the diversification of markets in Switzerland and abroad, beyond the watchmaking sector alone. You will unite your 180 employees around a common vision and a resolutely human and ethical corporate culture.Main tasks- Direct, manage, and develop the Business Unit of approximately 180 employees.- Lead the Management Committee with human and visionary leadership.- Develop the strategy of the Business Unit and guarantee its implementation over the long term.- Plan team objectives and implement the necessary means for their achievement.- Increase the company's turnover through the acquisition of new clients, the diversification of markets, and the management of Key Accounts.- Foster the family and ethical corporate culture of the group in order to develop and motivate your teams.- Collaborate actively with general services and other Business Units of the group as a member of the Executive Committee.Your profile- Engineering degree (HES or EPFL) in mechanics or chemistry, ideally supplemented by an MBA.- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in industry, watchmaking, or subcontracting.- Experience in managing industrial production in the field of metallurgy or precious metal refining is a major asset.- You have solid commercial and business development experience in Switzerland and abroad.- Your leadership is inspiring and human.
