CaretakerThe Lausanne Sociocultural Foundation (FASL) is a public utility organization funded by the city of Lausanne. In collaboration with neighborhood associations, FASL manages 17 sociocultural venues and employs over 90 staff members. To complete our team at the MAISON DE QUARTIER DE LA PONTAISE, we are looking for a:Caretaker at 60%Responsibilities:- Ensure the general maintenance of the community center (cleanliness, routine upkeep, security).- Perform daily cleaning of surfaces.- Ensure the maintenance and organization of equipment.- Carry out routine repairs, small tasks, and manual work.- Manage the administration of supplies and oversee the stock of consumables and waste sorting.- Organize, plan, and supervise the work of auxiliary cleaning staff.- Promote good relationships between users.Qualifications:- Strong interest and demonstrated ability in cleaning and maintenance work related to a building and its equipment (electricity, plumbing, etc.).- Ability to work in a spirit of service to activities.- Ability to collaborate with management and external intervention staff.- Ability to foster relationships among users (listening and communication).- Autonomy and responsiveness in work.- Good problem-solving skills and management of unforeseen events.- Good prioritization skills and sense of urgency.- Good knowledge of common tools (MS Office).- Work schedule: availability for occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.Candidates must possess a vocational diploma as a cleaning agent or an equivalent qualification as well as a driver's license.We offer working conditions and benefits that allow you to enrich your experience in an exciting field within a team.
