Manager QA Compliance & Services – Permanent position | RheinfeldenFor our client, we are looking for a dedicated professional as Manager QA Compliance & Services as soon as possible. This position is particularly suitable for QA professionals with GDP experience who enjoy working independently and in a dynamic environment.Your tasksYou will take on a central role within the QA Compliance team, including:- Processing, evaluation, and approval of quality events, complaints, and change controls- Handling quality-relevant topics with service providers, distributors, and carriers- Planning and conducting self-inspections as well as supplier, distributor, and service provider audits- Support and further development of supplier, distributor, and carrier qualification- Creation, maintenance, and administration of quality agreements- Review and updating of SOPs, policies, and other QMS documents- Conducting GxP training and supporting departments in compliance matters- Continuous improvement of quality processes and implementation of new requirements in the GDP environmentYour profile- University degree in pharmacy, life sciences, chemistry, biology, or comparable- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in quality assurance- Very good knowledge of GMP and GDP- Experience in processing complaints, deviations, and change controls- Experience with audits, self-inspections, and supplier or distributor qualification- Knowledge of quality agreements and QMS- German and English at a business level are mandatoryThe focus of the function is on the following topics:- Complaint Management- GDP Compliance- Audits and self-inspections- Supplier, distributor, and carrier qualification- Quality Agreements jidc470070aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
