What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating: You are responsible for analyzing and processing cases in the family domain in both German and French. You conduct eligibility checks as well as calculations. You are in daily contact with our insured clients, various institutions, and what you bring to HOTELA: You have a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commerce or an equivalent qualification. You are fluent in German or French with at least C1 level proficiency in the second language. A generalist background in social insurances is a plus. You are an organized, proactive person willing to continuously train in your field of activity. You can work well both in a team and independently.
