What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating:

  • You are responsible for analysing and processing cases in the field of family allowances
  • You carry out eligibility checks as well as benefit calculations
  • You are in daily contact with our insured persons, various service providers and social institutions.


What you bring to HOTELA:

  • You hold a commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
  • You are a native French or Italian speaker and have excellent knowledge of the other language (C1)
  • You hold the Generalist Certificate in social insurance (an advantage)
  • You are an organised, proactive person ready to continuously train in your field of activity. You are capable of working both in a team and independently
