For one of our clients, we are looking for an Insurance Manager All Branches FR/ENG. This position is permanent, between 80% and 100%, and based in Geneva. The selected candidate will join the internal management department. Insurance Manager All Branches FR/ENGOur client is a well-established organization active in insurance brokerage and prevention within the internal management department of insurance; - Comprehensive technical management of a client portfolio; - Liaison with partner insurance companies and clients; - Management of (studies, offers, implementation, endorsements, and renewals); - Daily follow-up of client requests; - Communication with insurance companies (conditions, emissions, documents, timelines); - Monitoring and control of documents, service quality; - Management and processing of claims (follow-up, closure); - Client reporting and management reporting for the office life in insurance; - Confirmed professional experience in insurance management within an insurance broker or an insurance company; - Very good knowledge of insurance and personal insurance; - Good command of tools like MS Office; - Very good rigor and sense of priorities; - Autonomous, reliable & methodical; - Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
