We are looking for, for one of our clients, a player in the industrial sector, a:

Management IT Specialist and IT Support

Your missions:

You will play a key role in coordinating the IT strategy and will participate in the management of the ERP and business applications.

You will provide level 1 support to users and work closely with the managed services provider to ensure the proper functioning of IT systems.

• Translating internal needs into IT approaches
• Active participation in process digitisation
• Modification and creation of procedures in PL/SQL
• Data processing and exports in SQL
• Ensuring maintenance and proper functioning of IT systems in partnership with the managed services provider and ProConcept
• Ensuring consistency of flows between ProConcept and adjacent applications
• Supervising data migrations (Cloud ERP)
• Being proactive in the development of the ERP (ProConcept) according to internal needs
• Maintaining customised IT solutions
• Providing level 1 support to users
• Configuring user rights and profiles
• Training and assisting colleagues
• Participating in IT project management and system evolution
• Collaborating with management to define and implement the company’s IT strategy
• Coordinating communication between management, users and the managed services provider
• Managing contracts related to external partners
• Ensuring technological watch to anticipate market evolutions and opportunities

Profile sought:

• Holder of a management IT training (ES or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in the industrial sector
• Ability to translate business issues into IT language
• Knowledge of the ProConcept ERP is a plus
• Mastery of SQL and PL/SQL languages
• Service-oriented, committed and rigorous
