Your mission and responsibilities

- Contribute to financial management and performance in a complex and constantly evolving environment.

- Conduct financial analyses and produce decision-support indicators, participate in budget preparation and monitoring, and support high-stakes cross-functional projects, under the responsibility of the Finance Manager.

- Contribute, through your expertise, to ensuring efficient, transparent and compliant management of municipal and subsidised activities.

- Assist the Finance Manager in the financial management of the service by contributing to the preparation, analysis and monitoring of complex financial files, and by providing reliable analyses, relevant management tools and high value-added recommendations.

- Lead and support cross-functional projects by providing financial, analytical and organisational expertise, particularly in public procurement.

- Ensure control, compliance and continuous improvement of practices in the subsidised and municipal sectors, to guarantee transparent, efficient and regulatory-compliant management.

Your profile

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, management or an equivalent qualification.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in management control or a similar role.
- Have excellent command of management IT tools, especially the Office suite (particularly Excel) and reporting tools.
- Demonstrate rigour, organisational skills and analytical ability.
- Show a strong interest in public policies, social issues and public service.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
