We are looking, for our client located in Lausanne, for a:



Management and PPE Assistant 80%-100%



Responsibilities :
  • Contacts with co-owners, tenants, caretakers and building managers
  • Preparation of requests for quotes, work orders and work statements
  • Declaration of claims, monitoring of works and building maintenance
  • Management and monitoring of budgets and invoices
  • Processing of inventories and exit statements
  • Handling terminations, preparation and modification of rental leases
  • Attendance at co-owners meetings

Profile :

  • Federal VET Diploma as a real estate commercial employee or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a management or PPE assistant or in real estate technical roles
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Person with administrative and organisational rigour and ease in interpersonal contacts
  • Available immediately or by agreement
