Maintenance Technician (80%-100%)Affidea Switzerland, a leading company in the healthcare sector, is looking for a Facility Support Technician at 80%-100% to join our team at the center.Mission- Ensure the management of premises and furniture/layout of the various sites of the Affidea Network- Collaborate with property management/owners- Ensure the security of the premises (access, fire detection, extinguisher plan, ergonomics)- Manage the furniture inventory- Supervise the premises access system (SALTO) and guarantee its operation- Carry out various small works (wall, furniture assembly)- Ensure the availability, maintenance, and access to premises and furniture- Supervise the replacement of furniture/layout- Plan various small-scale works and coordinate the intervention of external companies- Manage cleaning companies and ensure compliance with hygiene standards- Maintain appropriate and clear signage- Support centers for non-medical needs- Guarantee the operation of the infrastructure necessary for medical equipment, in particular cooling systems and fire detection- Mobilize internal resources for the resolution of small breakdowns and fire detection (interlocking)- Supervise equipment maintenance in connection with the centers- Assist the Project Manager- Support centers for furniture and non-medical consumables- Ensure orders, delivery of furniture and non-medical items- Manage the transfer of furniture between sites- Create and maintain the Knowledge Base- Inventory cooling groups- Create and update troubleshooting procedures for cooling groups- List specialist craftsmen for each center- Develop and disseminate emergency procedures for the network regarding City Water on MRI devicesProfile- Technical CFC or equivalent qualification;- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector;- Field-oriented person capable of taking charge of projects;- Good self-control in stressful situations;- Confirmed knowledge in building maintenance;- Strongly customer-oriented, dynamic, proactive, with a proven team spirit as well as an excellent sense of service;- Proficiency in French, good knowledge of German and/or English is a plus;We are looking for a personality who wishes not only to integrate into our particularly demanding environment, but also to make a difference.
