Your mission

Main activities:

• Planning: carry out planned preventive maintenance operations.
• Diagnosis: identify and address first and second level faults.
• Troubleshooting: perform routine repairs in multi-technical fields.
• Monitoring: conduct regular technical rounds of the buildings.
• Follow-up: ensure continuous control of technical installations.
• Versatility: carry out locksmith, sanitary, carpentry and finishing work.
• Electricity: perform authorised simple electrical interventions.
• Optimisation: participate in the continuous improvement of all installations.
• Reporting: ensure rigorous traceability of all your interventions.
• Order: keep technical premises compliant, clean and tidy.

Specific activities:

• Contractors: accompany external companies mandated on site.
• Control: verify the quality of interventions carried out by contractors.
• Logistics: actively participate in technical projects and relocations.
• Availability: participate in on-call duties according to the specific needs of the service.
• Safety: take part in institutional drills and emergency plans.

Required technical skills

• Experience in building trades: mastery of finishing work (locksmithing, sanitary, carpentry).
• Experience in electrical trades: authorisation or ability to carry out simple electrical interventions.
• Experience in building maintenance: proven skills in multi-technical preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to analyse and resolve level 1 and 2 faults.
• Ability to supervise and control external technical contractors.

Your profile

• Training: holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent, sanitary installer, heating fitter, automation technician, electrician, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in technical building maintenance.
• Asset: previous experience in institutions, hospitality, real estate, nursing homes or facility management.
• Soft skills: rigour, autonomy, team spirit and sensitivity to the disability environment.
