As a Maintenance Planner, you are responsible for the planning and monitoring of preventive or extraordinary maintenance work on production facilities. Is this the challenge you are looking for? Then join a Migros Industry company and Swiss market leader in the production of meat, poultry, eggs, and fish.Your tasks- Planning of preventive or extraordinary maintenance measures in cooperation with the production areas and the various maintenance departments.- Planning of the necessary external resources, management of resources, and monitoring of facility maintenance.- Ensuring the availability of major plant shutdowns by optimizing preventive maintenance.- Participation in the implementation and improvement of preventive maintenance plans in cooperation with maintenance managers and the responsible technicians.- Cooperation with production to integrate specific maintenance into the planning of their activities.- Support for managers through the creation of key performance indicators, participation in the creation of procedures and technical standards, as well as the management of data for continuous improvement aimed at increasing the performance and availability of production facilities.- Support in managing calls to our hotline to coordinate internal/external resources during shutdowns.What you bring- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ).- Specialization: EFZ as a polymechanic, mechanic, or equivalent training. A professional certificate as a maintenance specialist is an advantage.- Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.- Good knowledge of industrial maintenance.- Proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office.- Methodical approach and sense of responsibility. Flexibility, accuracy, and independence.- Good handling of stress, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
