Reporting to the Technical Coordinator, you ensure the management and development of the CMMS as well as the monitoring of maintenance activities.

You guarantee data quality, compliance with processes, and the production of performance indicators intended for clients.


Maintenance Methods & CMMS Coordinator in Electricity


Your tasks

  • Administer and optimise the CMMS to ensure the reliability and quality of maintenance data.
  • Create, update and structure equipment, ranges and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Configure, monitor and analyse preventive and corrective interventions.
  • Ensure the follow-up of work orders.
  • Support and assist technical teams in the daily use of the CMMS.
  • Develop and improve maintenance methods and procedures.
  • Analyse intervention reports and propose continuous improvement actions.
  • Produce performance indicators, dashboards and reports intended for clients.
  • Identify discrepancies, anticipate risks and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Participate in the planning of interventions and operational monitoring of maintenance contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with field teams, project managers and various client contacts.

Your profile

  • Federal VET Diploma in a technical building field (electricity, automation, heating, ventilation, sanitation, HVAC or equivalent training).
  • Proven experience in technical building maintenance or in a maintenance methods role.
  • Proficiency in a CMMS, ideally CARL Source and/or CARL Touch.
  • Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles and associated processes.
  • Technical knowledge in HVAC fields; experience or training in electricity is a real asset.
  • Knowledge of Power BI; skills in VBA or automation are an advantage.
  • Ability to analyse technical data, develop relevant indicators and produce quality reports.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse contacts.
  • Analytical mindset, rigour and organisational skills.
  • Autonomy, proactivity and solution-oriented approach.
  • Driving licence.
