Join us to lead the maintenance of two strategic platforms in Crissier and Romanel. At the head of a technical team, you organise, support and develop the employees while ensuring the safety, reliability and performance of the installations.

What you accomplish

  • As Maintenance Manager, you ensure the proper functioning of technical installations while playing a central role in managing technicians and coordinating on-site activities.
  • Manage, supervise and develop the maintenance team: set clear objectives, support employees individually, strengthen skills and foster a constructive team dynamic.
  • Organise and lead maintenance activities: plan interventions, structure priorities, manage schedules, holidays and ensure an effective distribution of work.
  • Coordinate external interventions: manage contracted companies, follow up on quotes, control the quality of services and validate work reports.
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of equipment: keep technical files up to date and use the CMMS effectively to manage activities.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and safety: guarantee the conformity of operations and promote an exemplary safety culture on sites.
  • Act as a technical and managerial reference: support teams in the field, make decisions, manage unforeseen events and maintain a high level of collective commitment.

What you bring

  • Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
  • Specialisation: CFC as mechanic-electrician with experience in building or CFC as electrician fitter with experience in building.
  • Professional experience: Professional experience in building and technical installations maintenance, minimum 5 years
  • Strong leadership: you know how to mobilise a team, delegate appropriately, provide guidance if necessary and create a motivating and clear working environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills: you manage priorities autonomously and maintain control in a demanding environment.
  • Solid technical expertise: you master technical and safety standards, analyse situations precisely and use IT tools effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills and adaptability: you practise respectful and transparent communication. You know how to manage conflicts intelligently. You are comfortable with change, make decisions and drive matters forward.
  • Personal qualities: you demonstrate discretion, build trusting relationships and keep your composure even under pressure.
