Maintenance ManagerTo complete our maintenance team at our production site in Granges (VS), we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to start immediately or by agreement.Your mission- Direct and support the maintenance team composed of 3-4 technicians- Follow and apply EHS standards and work procedures within the factory- Guarantee the availability of equipment as well as the optimal use of resources- Organize, follow, and document corrective and preventive maintenance work- Implement the TPM methodology- Manage the on-call service on weekends according to a defined rotation- Coordinate and support external companiesYour profile- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy vehicle mechanic, or similar- Federal Diploma as a maintenance agent or equivalent experience would be an asset- Minimum professional experience of 5 years- Ability to organize, supervise, unite, and develop a team- Mastery of CMMS tools (SAP would be an asset)- Active participation in promoting the group's EHS cultureWhat we offer- Varied work.- The possibility of working with flexible daytime working hours, and following internal and external training.- Work on electrical installations as a qualified person within the meaning of the OIBT (possibility of completing an article 13).- You benefit from a salary commensurate with your skills and attractive benefits.Are you interested in taking on this new challenge?We look forward to receiving your complete application file. jid833d3d4aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
