Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) Frigemo is an important group of companies in the food industry, specialized in potato and vegetable specialties (mainly frozen products), as well as fresh products and eggs. We employ 850 people in our 5 production centers and our companies at our production site in Cressier/NE, and we are looking for a: Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) Your tasks: • Deploy and optimize preventive maintenance in SAP PM • Define, standardize, and implement maintenance procedures for technical teams • Provide technical support on a significant machine park (process, packaging, utilities) • Contribute to obsolescence management and planned replacement • Assess the criticality of equipment, particularly those related to food safety and utilities (water, steam, refrigeration, energy) • Participate in and monitor the maintenance budget • Strengthen the reliability and availability of equipment in a context of high sanitary requirements • Serve as Key User for SAP in the Maintenance and stock management modules • Implement continuous improvement practices such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Your profile: • Degree in industrial maintenance/mechanical/industrial engineering (or equivalent) • Proven experience in the agri-food industry or another demanding process industry • Functional mastery of SAP PM and spare parts management • Knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and good practices (HACCP, ISO 22000 - an advantage) • Analytical skills, autonomy, and excellent communication with field teams • Fluent in French with good knowledge of German (oral and written) are necessary to perform the role Your benefits: • A stable and promising environment at the heart of the Swiss food industry • A key role in industrial performance • Contributions to investment projects and evolution of processes • Excellent working and social conditions.
