* Maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor metrology equipment, ensuring accuracy and uptime * Develop proactive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability * Create maintenance reports/procedures and analyze data to improve equipment reliability * Supported TPM programs to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency
