Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.
Your tasks:
- Independently carry out inspection tasks
- Manage maintenance and servicing activities
- Handle various requests and minor repairs
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets
- Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
- Manage small repair projects
- Participation in on-call service (every 6 to 8 weeks)
Your profile:
- Mandatory electrician installer federal certificate of competence (CFC)
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Good experience in administrative and technical management of small sites
- Fluency in French, English is an asset
- Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driving licence required
- Autonomy, team spirit, communication, service orientation and organisational skills
