Your mission

As an outsourced IT provider, you are the technical contact for a portfolio of SMEs with varied environments (Mac, PC, servers, network).

Specifically, you will:

- Provide user support, remotely and on-site, for heterogeneous macOS and Windows fleets

- Monitor system status and handle incidents (monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting)

- Plan and carry out preventive maintenance, updates and migrations (workstations, servers, services)

- Deploy and maintain client infrastructures: servers, network (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLAN), firewalls and storage

- Ensure system and data security, and raise user awareness of best practices

- Document your interventions and contribute to the continuous improvement of managed environments

Your profile

Essential requirements*

- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as an IT technician or equivalent training

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar IT role (support, operations, managed services)

- Operational proficiency in macOS and Windows

- Spoken French proficiency

- Driving licence and personal vehicle (car or scooter) — regular multi-site travel

- Residence in Geneva or immediate vicinity

Technical skills (assets)

- Experience with some or all of these technologies is a plus; training provided for the rest.

- Synology (DSM, storage, backup)

- Firewall and networking (FortiGate an advantage)

- Windows Server and associated services (Active Directory, etc.)

- Virtualisation (VMware, Proxmox)

- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID

- Apple device management via MDM (Mosyle, Jamf) — a plus
