## About Our Client ##
Our client is a reputable, medium-sized company within the science industry, based in Lausanne.
## Job Description ##
* Support corporate processes in the ERP and vendor creation.
* Send and ship parcels and packages.
* Process invoices, purchase orders and vendor forms.
* Handle document management (filing, scanning, archiving).
* Assist with coordination of internal meetings and events.
* Cover reception from 8:00 to 15:00, welcoming visitors and handling calls.
* Manage visitor registration, mail and courier distribution, and taxi arrangements.
* Maintain tidy reception, conference rooms, and kitchen areas.
* Oversee office supplies, catering items, and facility coordination.
* Organize access tools (badges, lunch cards, business cards).
* Book meeting rooms and provide basic IT support for calls and presentations.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Commerce or administration degree,
* Previous experience in administration/team and office support.
* Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
* Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Highly independent and autonomous in managing tasks, fast-learner, no need of supervision.
* Reliable, punctual, efficient, and conscientious.
