We are currently supporting a leading Swiss private bank in their search for a TPRM / Outsourcing Specialist to join their team in Luxembourg.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high\-impact risk and outsourcing function, supporting both daily operations and strategic process improvements in a regulated banking environment.
Your Responsibilities
Support daily operations within the Third\-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function
Enhance and maintain data in a newly implemented TPRM system
Improve data quality and consistency across processes
Support the preparation of internal committees and governance forums
Review and optimize processes, templates, and KPI/KRI frameworks
Contribute to outsourcing strategy and exit planning
Your Profile
5\+ years of experience in TPRM, outsourcing, or vendor risk management
Background in financial services / banking
Strong experience in process improvement or project delivery
Good understanding of regulatory environments (DORA is a plus)
Strong analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
