Your main tasks

• Analyse files to determine entitlement to disability benefits, premium exemptions, survivor benefits.
• Handle old-age benefit cases, including early benefits (capital, pensions).
• Manage complex cases escalated by the Front Office.
• Handle complex correspondence and manage telephone contacts with insured persons and third parties (compensation offices, social partners, lawyers, fiduciaries, etc).
• Perform checks according to our internal control system.
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our processes and IT management system.

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in handling disability benefits, incapacity for work or other benefits.
• You have several years of experience in occupational pension provision.
• A federal certificate in social insurance or occupational pension provision is required.
• You are proficient in Italian. Knowledge of German would be an asset.
• You are a communicative, autonomous, and client-oriented person who enjoys working in a team.

What salary awaits you (gross, based on 100 per cent working time)
With our salary ranges, we rely on fair play, equity and transparency: in this position, you can expect a salary of 86,800 francs to 108,000 francs per year. If you develop or already have in-depth knowledge and extensive experience, your salary will be between 99,000 francs and 123,000 francs per year
