We will work together Chief project manager for low voltage electricity We will work together Within the Technical and Logistics Support (STL) activity, the Solutions unit is tasked with providing comprehensive, agile, and sustainable support to SIG by designing, organizing, and optimizing the technical means of production. It ensures the effective provision of resources (infrastructures, equipment) as well as their responsible management, to support the performance of field teams while integrating principles of safety, ergonomics, and respect for quality. As the chief project manager for low voltage electricity (BT), you will be responsible for the design and studies of part of the electrical systems and/or the oversight of the corresponding works for infrastructure projects related to and the distribution of electricity in various SIG structures. You will mainly be responsible for the smooth execution of business entrusted to the technical office (SOLU-BTE) and the energy services for a sustainable Geneva. As the chief project manager for low voltage electricity, your main missions will be as follows: Ensure the development of technical businesses in the electrical and backup energy sectors; Provide advice to clients by analyzing their needs, researching technical solutions, and proposing alternatives; Conduct studies within your scope, under the direction of higher levels, and draft reports; Develop the technical specifications of the calls for tenders for suppliers and companies. Formulate choices; Establish offers to internal and external clients; Manage the execution phase of various projects (construction management), follow up on technical formalities, commissioning, acceptance, and defects; Enforce safety, environmental, and legal rules after-sales service; Manage a team composed of project managers and oversee the project and associated risks to ensure costs, quality, and project timelines; Take charge of the financial and technical management of the assigned projects; Prepare various official documents for the supervisory and control bodies of electricity; Contribute to the efficiency of the unit by engaging in technological monitoring and proposing particular techniques or skills. With excellent listening skills, you are able to advise and support your clients proactively and committedly, translating their needs into electrical terms. You know how to interact with your clients with an open mind and in your approach, you adapt to the evolution of technologies and the environment, demonstrating resilience. This position requires higher education in project management and solid experience in project technical offices. You have at least 5 years of experience, particularly in the field of a technical office in technical project management. Knowledge of the SAP ISU environment would be an asset. You will be required to participate in a 24-hour on-call service in rotation with your colleagues and must hold a driver's license for vehicles. Academic background: Engineer in electrical engineering with 8 to 9 years of experience, electrician with Federal Mastery as well as a minimum of 8 years of experience. Hold Article 8 (skilled person) as per the criteria; the holder masters standard office tools Office 360, financial programs SAP, offer programs (type CAN).
