We have approximately employees and handle flights per year for more than 60 airlines from around the world. We welcome our valued passengers in our lounges and are looking for our Passenger service, Lounge sector at Geneva airport, for BACK-OFFICE LOUNGE GROUND HANDLING AGENTS - Seasonal Auxiliaries for a fixed term from current October to April 30. The prospects we want you to live an exciting professional experience in our magnificent Marhaba Lounges at Geneva airport welcoming passengers from all over the world. Missions In our lounges at Geneva airport, you will be responsible for the comfort and well-being of passengers through your following responsibilities: Prepare and set up the food and drinks available to passengers in the buffet; Ensure the proper maintenance of the lounge (clearing dishes from tables, cleaning the lounge, tidying up); Help passengers with questions related to their profile. You ideally already have experience acquired in the hotel industry, basic knowledge of English allows you to express yourself orally in this language. You have a good command of French; You think that cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service are important for welcoming passengers; You like helping passengers; You want to be part of a team; You are versatile; We can count on your punctuality; Your criminal record is clean; Driver's license; You are available to work between 4:30 AM and 11:30 PM on weekdays (depending on your availability) and weekends. Availability required during the end-of-year holidays. Irregular hours every day, including weekends. This auxiliary position is suitable for both students and non-students who wish to be able to adapt their working days to their availability by also working on weekends.
