You will join a team working in a friendly atmosphere.Missions- Welcome passengers whose luggage is missing, damaged, or pilfered;- Establish a file using the system to enter data allowing for searches and quick processing of the case;- Process emails;- Answer all questions asked by the passenger.Profile- Good command of English and French, any other language is an asset;- Sense of hospitality;- Good knowledge of tools (MS Office);- Sense of service;- Sense of organization;- Availability and flexibility;- Team spirit;- Analytical mind;- Resistance to stress;- Punctuality;- Clean criminal record;- You are available to work between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM, on weekdays (according to your availability) and weekends.
