For our partner in Visp, GI Life Sciences is looking for a:Logistics SpecialistStart May 1, Temporary positionEnd April 30,Your mission :As a Logistics Specialist, your role is to ensure the end-to-end management of logistics flows, from receipt of goods to their dispatch. You contribute to the efficient operation of the supply chain by guaranteeing an effective, reliable, and fully traceable inventory.Responsibilities :- Inspect incoming deliveries in terms of quantity and quality to ensure compliance with requirements.- Record goods receipts in the SAP system, ensuring traceability.- Perform outbound warehouse tasks within both automated and manual storage areas.- Operate and monitor storage systems such as complex conveyor belts.- Carry out order picking in accordance with instructions.- Label and prepare goods for shipment to ensure smooth delivery.- Archive logistics documents to guarantee complete traceability of all goods transactions.- Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers regarding stock levels, shipment status, and delivery.Profile :- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, ideally in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.- You have a solid knowledge of SAP and are comfortable working with warehouse management systems.- You hold a SUVA-recognized license for handling equipment R1 and R2.- You are fluent in German; English skills are considered an asset.- You are known for your accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. jid8195d99aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
