Make a difference.

• In this role, you assess the current situation, evaluate problems, opportunities, and risks.

• You analyse and optimise business processes and organise training sessions and workshops as needed, whether in Bern or throughout Switzerland.

• You structure and document technical and procedural requirements in the appropriate tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira).

• In collaboration with various stakeholders, you develop solution approaches, prepare business cases, and verify their completeness and accuracy against the corresponding detailed IT concepts and requirements.

• Additionally, you support specialised departments and the IT/Technology unit in designing and implementing new systems and processes.

• Finally, you act as an interface between Business and IT, ensuring that requirements are optimally translated into technical solutions.

• If necessary, you support Portfolio Management in establishing, managing, and developing an effective portfolio of projects and initiatives.

What you bring.

• You hold a degree from a university or university of applied sciences (or equivalent training) and have a strong affinity for IT.

• You have several years of experience in business analysis.

• Methods and tools in requirements engineering, business process analysis, and project management approaches such as Hermes and Scrum are part of your daily routine.

• Thanks to your deep understanding of operational processes and process automation, you are able to design effective solutions. Ideally, you also have experience in logistics.

• You can quickly transform complex technical requirements into innovative, practical solutions and respond precisely to customer needs.

• You demonstrate quick-wittedness, strong assertiveness, a pronounced sense of responsibility, and great autonomy. Above all, you never lose sight of the essentials, even in difficult situations.

• You have very good knowledge of one national language, both spoken and written, and good knowledge (spoken B2) of German as well as English.

• Knowledge in portfolio management and decision-making basis development is an advantage.

Your salary.

We offer a fair salary which, depending on experience and skills, ranges between CHF 130,100 and CHF 145,100 per year (100% workload). Promising applications are welcome even if skills differ from the position; in such cases, the salary may be slightly below or above the range.
