Alpenda is the Swiss subsidiary of the Group.Work environment:You will join the department and work on a major project in Geneva. Your main missions will consist of ensuring the planning, coordination, and management of all site logistics flows, guaranteeing a fluid and secure operation, in direct support of the Manager. The position is exercised on a complex urban construction site in the city center, involving coordination with numerous internal and external stakeholders. It requires a strong presence and responsiveness on the ground, as well as schedule flexibility depending on the site's constraints.Logistics ManagerYour responsibilities and missions:- You develop, update, and monitor the overall logistics plan for the site- You coordinate deliveries, access, traffic, and all incoming and outgoing flows- You organize and optimize storage, transit, and handling areas- You ensure the availability and efficient use of logistics resources (machinery, equipment)- You collaborate daily with the Logistics Manager to adjust priorities- You set up and use management and monitoring tools (software, dashboards)- You participate in monitoring logistics costs and activity reports- You ensure compliance with safety standards, internal procedures, and contractual requirements- You ensure logistics coordination with partner companies, suppliers, and project stakeholdersWhy not you?- You have completed technical training in logistics, construction, or civil engineering (CFC, ES, HES) or possess equivalent experience?- You benefit from confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in site logistics or acquired on complex, urban, and/or heavy construction projects?- You master management and monitoring tools (MS Project, advanced Excel, logistics tools)?- You have solid knowledge of local standards and site constraints? Experience in a general contracting company is highly appreciated- You are structured, rigorous, and solution-oriented, with a strong capacity for managing priorities and decision-making?- You demonstrate ease and clear communication, facilitating interaction with varied interlocutors?- You place high importance on safety and compliance with procedures on site?- You master French and English at a professional level?
