MISSION DESCRIPTION
EXPECTED PROFILE

Your main mission will be to ensure the service's performance and contribute to its development. You will coordinate various topics within multidisciplinary teams, notably managing the following actions:
- Drive the daily performance of the service in connection with the collaborators
- Lead incident resolution activities
- Manage projects related to the evolution of logistics equipment and improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal partners
- Ensure the maintenance of best practices by participating in sector management meetings and fostering a culture of standards compliance
- Conduct audits and propose optimisation actions
- Contribute to the training plan for sector collaborators
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Swiss HES Engineer diploma or ES Technician or equivalent, complemented by training in logistics/management
- First professional experience in a similar role is an asset
- Knowledge of stock management appreciated
- Proactive, pragmatic, with a taste for "field" work
- Demonstrated communication skills and ease in facilitation
- Analytical and synthetic mindset
- Proficiency in common IT tools and an ERP system
