Description

The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.

To complete our logistics team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishments in Corcelles-sur-Chavornay and Hermenches, which accommodate 18 and 15 people respectively and specialise in adult psychiatry:

Logistics Manager (M/F/D) Permanent Contract at 80% - EPSM

Whatever their role, the professionals of the Saphir Foundation share a common goal: to support people daily to enable them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is, to preserve their habits as much as possible, offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through genuine interprofessional collaboration, ensure the well-being and happiness of the people.

Within our adult psychiatry establishments, you guarantee the quality of hotel services and contribute to creating a warm, clean and safe environment for the people welcomed. You consider these moments as real opportunities for exchange, empowerment and skills maintenance.

You also carry out logistics activities and participate in the various events of the establishment. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you contribute to individualised support projects and adapt your interventions to the needs of each person. Finally, you participate in the integration of new professionals, apprentices and interns in the service.
