Logistic Planner

Role:

Responsible for planning and coordinating material, component, and goods flows to ensure optimal availability for production and/or distribution. Key contributor to synchronizing supply chain and logistics activities while meeting deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor shipment/distribution plans based on forecasts and operational needs.

• Coordinate inbound (raw materials/components) and outbound (finished goods) flows with carriers and warehouses.

• Optimize transport and storage costs while maintaining service levels.

• Manage planning parameters in ERP systems (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock).

• Analyze lead time coverage and anticipate requirements to prevent disruptions.

• Monitor and resolve logistics issues (customs, transport, supplier delays).

• Track KPIs and support process improvements.

• Participate in projects on digitalization, automation, and supply chain optimization.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in logistics, planning, supply chain, or import/export.

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, ideally SAP.

• Knowledge of GMP pharma/biotech environment is a plus.

• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
