We are recruiting on behalf of a recognized company specializing in locksmithing, metal construction, and custom works, a:Locksmithing Project ManagerResponsibilitiesStudies and projects- Analyze technical files and architectural plans- Carry out measurements and feasibility studies- Prepare quotes and participate in project costing- Prepare execution files and plans in collaboration with the technical office- Participate in calls for tenders and technical negotiationsProject management- Plan the different phases of manufacturing and installation- Organize and coordinate production teams, assembly teams, and subcontractors- Ensure financial monitoring of projects and compliance with budgets- Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, and contractual requirements- Participate in site meetings and maintain liaison with architects, construction managers, and project ownersSite supervision- Supervise the smooth running of work until completion- Anticipate technical issues and propose adapted solutions- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in force- Ensure project follow-up and management of any additional workProfile- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in metal construction, metal builder, or equivalent- Complementary training as a Project Manager, Higher Technician (ES), Federal Diploma, or equivalent experience- Confirmed experience in project management in locksmithing or metal construction- Good command of plan reading and metal construction processes- Proficiency with drawing tools and software (AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent)- High level of autonomy and excellent communication and client-facing skillsBenefits- Flexible working hours- Remote work 1 day/week- Office closure on Fridays at 1:00 PM- Possibility of a company carContactDo not hesitate to send us your application; it will be treated with complete confidentiality!About usAdecco Placement Fixe Geneva & La Côte is your agency specializing in the search and placement of permanent staff for the Geneva and La Côte region.
