**CONTEXT**

As part of the new Group Platforms department, Richemont is looking to establish a very dynamic Product Management team within the Luxury New Retail (LNR) Office. This new team will be structured around key customer journeys and LNR capabilities that support our Maisons- go-to-market strategies and diverse client experiences.

 

The LNR Post-Purchase Client Services Product Owner (PO) will define and materialize the product strategy and prioritize features to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients and / or end-users. The LNR Post-Purchase Client Services PO plays a key role in the Group and Maisons in supporting the key initiatives and products implemented by the LNR Office.

 

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

* You will set the product vision, own the product roadmap and budget and be responsible for managing the product throughout its lifecycle.
* You will act as the Business-Product Team interface.
* You will identify market opportunities and engage with Maisons/ other business stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, translating these into product requirements.
* You will prioritize demand in close collaboration with the business stakeholders (Maisons, Functions and Regions/countries senior management).
* You will maintain and refine product backlog based on changing needs according to business value or ROI, given capacity available.
* You will partner with the development teams and business analysts to make sure the product vision is translated appropriately into the implementation.
* You will conduct regular updates to share how the product(s) is/are evolving and to demonstrate how they contribute to the business vision and to the success of Richemont and its Maisons.
* You will continuously seek to improve products to meet Business outcomes, tracking user feedback, benefits, adoption and usage through key metrics / KPIs.
* You will be working with cross-functional teams across all the Product Areas, business areas and Maisons.
* You will support business in change management approach and share best practices.
* You will fundamentally impact our innovation roadmap through the products you manage.
* With your vision and insights, you will integrate the broader transformation of our client facing initiatives.
* You will participate to the Group-s LNR transformation at global scale.

**DIMENSIONS**

* At least 5 years- experience in projects/products management, including multinational and innovative environment
* Master-s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualifications
* Relevant functional expertise in post-purchase omnichannel digital client services in hard luxury industry
* In-depth knowledge of the lifecycle of the industry-specific watch and jewelry post-purchase interventions and client interactions
* Proficient in designing digital client journeys and creating wireframes using tools such as Miro or Klaxoon
* Excellent Business acumen, strong customer orientation
* Successful experience in facilitation, change management, and cross-business areas problem solving
* Knowledge of collaborative solutions for product management and Agile framework/methodologies
* Experience in implementing Product Owner techniques (e.g. customer journeys, personas, discovery)
* Ability to anticipate change through technologies
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good listener
* Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly or executive language at different management levels up to C-Level, motivate and inspire teams with client vision
* Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
* Proficiency in English is mandatory
