Within our litigation department, we are looking for a Litigation Manager (F/M/X) for a workload of between 80% and 100% for our headquarters, with tasks that include: Ensuring the complete management of cases from the initiation of collection proceedings, whether they involve premiums, deductibles, or claims-related recourse, while ensuring compliance and rigorous monitoring of each step. Establishing and maintaining varied contacts (written and telephone) with Vaudoise agencies, debt collection and bankruptcy offices, courts, and clients in a constructive and professional manner. Analyzing financial situations and, where applicable, granting and negotiating suitable payment extensions. Monitoring and processing collections directly related to recovery, to ensure effective management of financial flows. Accompanying and supporting Vaudoise agencies in all matters related to litigation, providing advice, expertise, and concrete solutions. Contributing to the continuous improvement of follow-up and recovery processes by proposing solutions that promote speed and quality of service. Your profile: Holder of a CFC (Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in commercial employee. Excellent written and oral command of German/Swiss German and French. Good knowledge of the Federal Act on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy, with experience in this area in Switzerland. Proficient in standard tools (MS Office), particularly Excel. You demonstrate autonomy and efficiency, with a real ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Rigorous and structured, you approach your missions with diligence and professionalism.
