Your mission
Ensure the administration, support and development of the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to guarantee the reliability of operations, data quality and business continuity.
Your main responsibilities
Provide support and resolve incidents related to the LIS and interfaces.
Manage reference data (tests, reference values, methods, pricing).
Configure user roles and workflow rules.
Manage the configuration and monitoring of interfaces between the LIS and laboratory systems/instruments.
Participate in data migrations, validation tests and application upgrades.
Maintain procedures for operating in degraded mode (downtime).
Document processes and enrich the knowledge base.
Collaborate with laboratories, IT teams and suppliers to ensure continuous improvement of the solution.
Your profile
Experience in LIS/LIMS administration or support, or training as a laboratory technician
Good understanding of laboratory processes and data flows.
Ability to analyse, diagnose and resolve incidents.
You have an analytical, solution-oriented mindset
You support users with kindness, show great empathy and adopt a pedagogical approach tailored to their needs.
A taste for documentation, quality and continuous improvement.
Assets
Knowledge of LX from Labsolution and HL7 interface standards
Experience with LIS migration, validation or deployment projects.
Knowledge of laboratory instruments and applications.
