Our company is part of the Swatch Group, the world’s largest watchmaking group with 16 renowned brands and highly specialised production companies in watchmaking as well as other industrial sectors.

To strengthen our production team, we are looking for the following for our site:

Job Description

• You are responsible for the proper functioning of production machines: maintenance, adjustments, repairs and troubleshooting
• You ensure the start-up of various calibres and models on automated lines
• You guarantee the manufacture and/or maintenance of the tooling necessary for the smooth running of assembly lines
• As a driving force in the development and modernisation of production equipment, you bring continuous improvements to the manufacture of products and prototypes
• You are responsible for the quality of the final product according to technical specifications
• You actively participate in production

Profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic or an equivalent qualification

Required Skills

• Flexible and stress-resistant, you are willing to work in shift patterns (2 alternating shifts)
• You show a strong interest in new technologies and are open to training
• Autonomous and proactive, you are rigorous and solution-oriented
• You demonstrate interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit

Languages

• Fluency in French, German is a plus
