The EHL School of Practical Arts is responsible for providing training in key skills in the hospitality industry, such as culinary arts, service excellence, and customer relations. For our starred restaurant, Cradle of the Senses, we are looking for a Chef de Partie who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, responsibility, kindness, and teamwork. Your responsibilities: You participate in the production of meals served within the restaurant, ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards, and organize workstations, while supervising the students on-site to ensure adherence to best practices regarding techniques, hygiene, and quality. Your profile: You possess a CFC or a CAP Cuisine or any other equivalent diploma. You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, including experience in a starred restaurant. You are French-speaking and possess good knowledge of English (B1 level). You are a flexible, positive person with strong teamwork qualities and excellent resilience. You have an interest in pedagogy and a desire to share your knowledge with students.
