Your responsibilities:

• Ensure preparations in advance and the plating of dishes in accordance with established standards
• Prepare and cook dishes to order, including direct interaction with customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation
• Strictly apply hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)

Your Profile:

• Recognised culinary training, complemented by at least two years of professional experience
• Comfortable in high-activity environments, with good customer contact skills and strong stress resistance
• Developed team spirit and good interpersonal skills
• Rigour, technical mastery, sense of responsibility and flexibility
