You ensure the resolution of complex incidents, the management of Microsoft Intune and Azure environments, and contribute to the stability, security, and performance of the systems.Your responsibilities- Resolve escalated incidents and provide technical support to the support team.- Participate in the on-call service.- Administer Microsoft Intune (workstation management, MDM) and Azure (cloud resources, security).- Guarantee the availability, security, and performance of the systems.- Automate tasks via scripting (PowerShell, Bash...).- Document procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.- Work closely with specialized teams for the implementation of best practices.- Share your knowledge and promote technical culture within the team.Your profile- CFC or equivalent title/experience.- Several years of experience in system support, ideally in the medical sector.- Mastery of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure environments.- Good diagnostic and scripting skills.- French and German (minimum C1 level), Swiss German is an asset. jidfc7e18eaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
