Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate stakeholders during system implementation

  • Ensure alignment between business and legal

  • Support data integrity and process coordination across functions

  • Track progress and support delivery of project milestones

  • Assist with change management and user adoption during roll out

Requirements

  • Legal education and background
  • Experience in project management, ideally in legal / contract management topics

  • Affinity for technology and ability to understand system processes

  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms and/or ERP systems is a plus

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Temporary assignment (initially 6 months, with possible extension)

  • Location: Zurich
