Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior Legal leaders
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
  • Support contract and document workflows, including electronic signatures and filing
  • Assist with team meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities
  • Maintain SharePoint/Teams sites and support onboarding
  • Contribute to process documentation and improvements

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles; experience in a Legal Department or law firm is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Zoom & SharePoint
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, discreet, and service-minded
  • Fluent in English; German is an asset
